I had to take a few days off to go take care of some stuff for my Mom. There was a significant amount of rain while I was gone and Skiatook has come up about three ft. This rise in the lake level has not hurt the fishing. Today was my first trip out since last Saturday. We left Tall chief at 0700 and found fish almost everywhere we stopped. The fishing was steady all day and we got several Hybrids over 5 lbs. There were a few Sandies mixed in with the Hybrids at a couple of spots. I cleaned a three person limit of Hybrids and several Sandies plus one Channel Cat. we also released several Hybrids over 20 inches.
