Sun, Jul 22, 2007 I went up to Carl Blackwell on Saturday to scout out the conditions after the high water had subsided a bit. The fishing was great and the catching was even better. We caught close to 40 big Hybrids with the biggest at 9 pounds 13 ounces. Carl Blackwell or Sooner will be the place to be for the rest of the summer.
