Friday afternoon at Skiatook was hot from the very start. Fishing conditions were ideal with overcast skies and a good breeze blowing. I had two clients from Owasso who were looking to score on some good sized Skiatook Hybrids. They were not disappointed. We quickly had nine good sized fish in the box with our four over 20 inches. We went into the catch and release mode for the next two hours when the clouds broke up and the wind really started blowing. Those fish we were on disappeared and I could not find any willing fish after that. We had a great afternoon looking for some more fish but wrapped it up with one under our limit in the box.
