Sun, May 13, 2007 We had a great trip friday with a father and four sons at Skiatook. We were on the afternoon bite and it was awesome just as it has been for the past two weeks. The lake is full now and I was a bit aprehensive about the fast rising lake levels. I'm happy to report that it did not affect the fishing. There is a lot of floating debris in the lake and some of it is BIG. Be sure to keep your eyes open if you're boating up there for the next couple of weeks. We kept a limit of Hybrids for a family fish fry and released several more. Lots of them were in the 5+ pound range.
