7/3 Skiatook Report
Thu, Jul 12, 2007 Well it was a good news/bad news day at Skiatook. the big fish bite was definitely on this afternoon. We had three fish over 10 pounds. I had an 11lb 7oz fish in my hand trying to revive it and was netting another 10 pounder at the same time. It doesn't get any better than that. Awesome except the big fish didn't make it. All the really big ones were released to fight again. We kept 10 for a family fish fry. I forgot to take my camera but my clients got some digital pics of the big fish and will email to me when they get home tomorrow. I'll post it then. They were real sports about releasing the big one and keeping the good eating sized fish.
