    Thu, Nov 19, 2009 It was a beautiful Fall day up on Sooner today. It was also a very good day for catching Hybrids. My clients were from Sacramento Ca. They were here visiting family in Edmond. He is a career airman in the Air Force and we were joined by his Wife and Nephew. I cleaned 20 Hybrids and we released about that many more. The bite was very steady all day today.     Wed, Nov 11, 2009 Let me begin by thanking all Veterans past and present who have sacrificed so much so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have today. Like being able to load up the boat and go to the lake with a good friend. Lake Sooner was on fire today. My friend David Clark and I got to the lake about 9:30 this morning and found some willing fish pretty quick. we put six in the box before those fish moved on, and so did we.     Thu, Nov 05, 2009 It was another beautiful Autumn day up on Sooner. We got to the lake about 10 AM and stayed till sundown. We caught fish in six different places. It was a steady bite all day long, but it was never red hot in any one spot. We caught lots of Hybrids, kept six, and turned the rest loose to fight another day. We also got to watch a couple of Bald Eagles fishing as well. read more 1 Comment
