Saturday was the OSBA 's first tournament for 2007. There were nine boats entered and there were lots of fish caught. Every boat caught fish and there were lots of five pound fish brought to weigh in. The winning fish weighed in at 6.95 pounds. That winning fish was caught in my boat . 2nd place was a 6.2 lb. Hybrid and 3ed. place was a 5.6 pound Hybrid. It was tough fishing in such high winds but everyone thought it was a good outing.

I met my clients today at 1 PM it was pretty windy but we decided to give it a try. The Hybrid bite has been hot and the fish have moved out to the main body of the lake. We went to a spot that has been holding and producing some good numbers of bigger fish. They were there and after we got the boat positioned we started catching some good sized fish. We ended up cleaning 15 but missed hookups on several more.
