I took out three return clients from Edmond this afternoon. It was awesome till some very big thunder boomers blew through. We got on a big school of very active feeders first thing. The sonar was blacked out when we were on top of them. They were very healthy looking 2 to 3 pound fish. We raced the storms back to the ramp and got in the truck just as it started raining. It was a great day of fishing and there were only four more boats on the lake.

Twelve year old Taylor Deutsch, from Colorado Springs, Colorado had his personal best day ever, fishing for Hybrids at CB today. I lost count of the number of Hybrids we caught, I cleaned thirty up to 10 pounds. We probably released another twenty before we called it a day. It was constant fish on all afternoon. There were several times this afternoon when we had four fish on at once. I think this was the best trip this summer up on CB. I'll be posting pictures on here in the image gallery tomorrow.

I've been taking clients to CB for the past three or so weeks. Seems like everybody I've been fishing with is from OKC or furthur west. We had a great afternoon of catching big Hybrids. All fish came on down lines with most fish suspended about 15 to 20 ft. in 25 ft. of water. The fish were all holding right on the edge of a six ft. dropoff. There was very little wind today so it was pretty warm. These anglers left with two big bags of fillets for a fish fry.

I had three clients this afternoon from OKC. We had a pretty slow start and a fantastic finish. We caught more fish from 7 to 8 than we did from 2 till 7. There was no wind out there today so it was pretty warm. We ended up with 27 Hybrids and zero kitty cats. All fish came in on down lines in less than 20 ft. of water.
